Eligibility
Before doing anything else, first of all you need to check the eligibility for the BITSAT test. You cannot appear the examination until and unless you are fit in the criteria. The eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2018 are as follows
- The candidate must have completed his 12th class from a recognized board in the country
- Candidates who have passed 12th class before 2013 will not be eligible. Those appearing for class 12th in 2016 are also eligible for BITSAT.
- Minimum 75% is must for the candidate in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and they must be proficient in English.
- 60% is must have in each subject
BITSAT 2018 Application Form
If you are eligible to appear for the examination, then this is the next step in your application process. You need to fill the application form for the BITSAT 2018.
While filling the application form, make sure you have the BITSAT brochure with you. The brochure will assist you in filling the form. You need to fill the form with all the minor details because once submitted, the details cannot be changed. It is suggested to you to keep a print out of the brochure with you while you are filling the BITSAT 2018 online application form.
Test Dates
Finally, when you have completed all the above process, you have to keep a check on the test dates of the examination and start preparing for the same. For the year 2018, the examination dates will be in May 2018. The tests will commence from May 2nd week to May last week. The BITSAT exam dates are tentatively held at the same time every year.
BITSAT selection process is simple. Candidates will be selected based upon their merit in BITSAT and 12th class exams.
