SNAP Entrance Exam 2018 details have been announced bt the SNAP 2018 board. Those candidates who want to attend the exam on correct time can check the SNAP Entrance Exam 2018 from our website. SNAP 2018, also known as Symbiosis National Aptitude exam is a mandatory exam required to get into colleges affiliated with Symbiosis International University. The exam is required to get admission into one of the post graduate courses.

SNAP 2018

Every year, a lot of students apply for this examination to get admission into one of the individual colleges under this University.  It can be considered as the first step of the admission procedure and after this, a personal interaction and writing ability test, known as (PI-WAT) is held.

Your selection in the PI-WAT process is affected by your performance in SNAP exam and Academic Profile (AP). SNAP 2018 exam paper is of 180 marks and lasts for 120 minutes (2 hours). 25% (1/4) marks are deducted for each wrong answer. There are four sections in the paper, which are:

  1. General English – 40 marks
  2. Quantitative, Data Sufficiency and Data Interpretation – 40 marks
  3. General Awareness – 40 marks
  4. Analytical & Logical Reasoning – 60 marks

SNAP 2018 Eligibility Criteria      

The candidates appearing for the entrance exam must meet all of the criteria below to give the exam.

  1. Candidates applying for the entrance exam should have done graduation from one of the recognized colleges.
  2. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% marks aggregate and 45% in case of reserved categories.

SNAP Application Form 2018

The candidates can register online on the official site of SNAP i.e. www.snaptest.org. The form needs your latest photograph and ID proof to be uploaded. The test fee is Rs. 2,000/- which can be paid through credit/debit cards, demand draft, net banking, and cash. The form must be filled thoroughly with all appropriate details, without any mistakes.

After you fill up the form and click on register, you will get a Login Id & password, and also receive a mail on your email consisting of the login credentials. You can then register for SNAP 2018 with the credentials to one of the respective colleges under the university.

SNAP Admit Card 2018

The Admit card is an important document and it can be downloaded on the official SNAP website. Just click on the ‘Admit Card’ link, fill in your roll number, date of birth and submit. Your admit card will be displayed on the screen, with a print option.

Take a hard copy of it as it is required at the time of examination. The SNAP 2018 admit card consists of your roll no, personal details, the examination venue, and the time of commencement of the exam. The candidate should carry it at all the times to avoid any unnecessary hassles during the admission process.

SNAP 2018 Answer Key

Candidates will be able to download the answer keys of SNAP 2018 examination a few days after the exam is over. The answer key will contain all the answers to the question that appeared in the paper. Candidates can study it carefully and may realize how well they did in the examination.

They can also use it to get a rough estimate of how many marks will they attain in the examination. This will help candidates to further prepare for the next step of admission, which will be PI-WAT. Candidates can also refer to previous answer keys and their papers to study for the upcoming examination.

SNAP Exam Result 2018 Cut-Off

The cut-off list may release a few days after the SNAP result. Each college’s each course have different cut off marks depending upon the average marks scored by the students in the examination. It is necessary to score higher or around the cut-off marks of a college’s course to be able to secure your seat. A good idea can be achieved of the cut-off by looking at the last year’s cut-off list. This can help student prepare more and get an idea about how much marks should they aim for.

SNAP 2018 PI-WAT

Based on the SNAP 2018, candidates will be shortlisted for the centralized admission procedure. This centralized admission procedure consists of a PI ( Personal Interaction ) and WAT ( Writing Ability Test ). The candidates for these tests are shortlisted on the basis of the score achieved in the SNAP examination and their Academic Profile (AP).
